Pranay, a qualified Chartered Accountant as well as a lawyer, is an eminent real estate specialist and a leading authority on real estate policy in India. He has worked with Raychem (a Fortune 500 company) as Executive Director, India and has held senior positions with Tata Textiles, Tata Consultancy Services and Tata Sons. In 1995, Pranay led the joint venture formation of Knight Frank India and also served as the Managing Director of GESCO Real Estate in early 2000. Currently, Pranay is the Non-Executive Chairman of Knight Frank, India as well as a real estate fund – Anand Rathi / Citadel. He is also an Independent Director of Godrej Properties and Deepak Fertilizers.

Pranay is passionate about driving public policy on real estate within India and is a Co-Chairman of the real estate committee at FICCI as well as an advisory board member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors - India Chapter. His passion includes travel, reading and public service. He is actively involved in the Dignity Foundation for old age homes, integrated education (RITES) as well as medical dispensaries through Prakash Charities. Pranay is also a member of the Rotary Club of Bombay.

Harshad is an entrepreneur and a hotel investor. He has led the formation of Smart Hotel Ventures, India, which will help re-define the economy lodging segment in India. His extensive real estate and hotel investment experience has helped in creating income generation assets across hotels, multiplexes, commercial and residential developments. He has led his family-owned hotel investment company in transforming its investment focus from budget hotels to upscale hotels and undertaking new developments. Harshad is also a hands-on asset manager and has driven revenue management strategies for his group and has implemented ‘Just In Time Inventory Management’ for the group’s food and beverage operations.

Prior to the formation of Smart Hotel Ventures, Harshad has worked with Cargill Inc, Accor Hotels and JHM Hotels in North America. He is an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University with focus in Hospitality Real Estate Finance.
